Privacy notice
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who is responsible?
The controller of personal data collected through this website is ATS Consulting, operating the Industrial Perspective research and advisory brand at www.industrialperspective.com. For privacy-related enquiries, contact kontakt@industrialperspective.com.
2. Information we collect
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide in the contact form: your name, work email, company (if supplied), and message. Providing your name, email address and message is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. Providing your company name is optional. The website hosting service may also process routine technical access information needed for security and delivery. This site does not currently include advertising pixels or audience analytics scripts.
3. Why we use it
We use contact details to respond to an enquiry and assess whether to discuss a research assignment or pilot. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you contact us.
4. Service providers and data transfers
We use Netlify to host this website and process contact form submissions, OVHcloud to provide business email services and forwarding, and Google Gmail to receive business correspondence and form notifications. The website also requests web fonts from Google Fonts, which can involve technical access information being sent to Google. These providers may process personal data in connection with the services they provide. Depending on service configuration and location, processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, for which applicable data-protection safeguards are required.
5. Retention
Enquiries should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose, any relevant follow-up and applicable legal obligations. The operator must define and implement a concrete retention and deletion practice before this notice is used as a final policy.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their personal information, or object to processing. You may raise a concern with the competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) where applicable.
7. Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the website, the business and service providers. Please use the contact form for any questions about the information above.
